Information about the registration process
In the following I'll try to explain how you can become a member of the weblog.
First of all, you have to click on the "login"-button on the upper left-hand side of the website (https://viennarecife.twoday.net/). A new window will appear where you are asked (unfortunately only in German) whether you are already a member of twoday.net. Now you have to choose the third option (the one that says:
"o Nein, ich bin neu hier, und will mich als Benutzer registrieren.")
Immediately, there will appear a new window where you have to enter your personal (user) data:
In the first field you have to type your e-mail-adress (it is important to indicate a correct adress as a code will be sent to it)
In the second field you have to choose a user name.
In the third field you have to fill in the password you want to use.
In the forth field you have to confirm this password (i.e. type it again)
Below, you have to accept the user stipulations in order to be able to proceed. In German it says:
"Ja, ich habe die Nutzungsbestimmungen gelesen, und bin mit ihnen einverstanden."
Finally, in the last field you have to type the blurred word that appears below. This is just a security measure.
To move on and to register you have to click on the "Registrieren"-button at the bottom of the page.
Now a new window will appear where you are told that a confirmation mail has been sent to you. Open a new window and check your mails immediately. The mail contains important information and offers you 2 options to conclude the registration process:
EITHER you use the empty field in the FIRST window (the one you used for the whole registration process) and type the code that is mentioned in the mail
OR you just click on the link indicated in the mail.
In both cases you will be a new member. Your initial status will be "subscriber". You are not yet allowed to make contributions. The allowance will be given to you by one of the moderators. This will happen as soon as he sees your application. Understandably, this can take some time so please have a little patience - this will (really! :-) be the last step anyway.
Once you are a registered member you also have to login via the "login"-button on the left-hand side. You then will be asked for your user-name and your password. Type them and click on the "Anmelden"-button at the bottom of the page.
